By using the Photostorio platform, you agree to the following terms.
Service Description
Photostorio is a marketplace platform that facilitates bookings and communication between photographers, studios, models and clients. The platform is not a direct party to contracts between users.
Membership Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information is the member's responsibility.
- Account security is the user's responsibility.
Commission & Payment
Clients pay a 6% platform commission on each confirmed booking. The service fee is paid directly between parties on the shoot day; the platform is not involved in this payment.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Sending harmful content to other users
- Posting fake reviews or manipulation attempts
- Sharing contact information to redirect payments outside the platform
Limitation of Liability
Photostorio does not mediate disputes between users. The platform does not guarantee service quality or shoot results.
